How does a thermal scan find a leak?
Damp plaster stays cooler than dry plaster, so an infrared camera shows moisture as a cold patch behind the surface, often before a stain appears.
Do you need to break walls to find the leak?
No. The scan shows where the moisture is, so we open up only the exact area that needs it.
Can you scan again after the repair?
Yes. A scan before and after the repair shows that the area has dried out.
